Snorkeling is also good for your health, it increases your maximal oxygen uptake, strengthens the heart muscle which decreases the risk of health problems.
The ideal place to practice snorkeling is in warm, calm sea with clear water.
Windsurfing is a surface water sport that combines elements of surfing and sailing. It consists of a board usually 2.5 to 3 meters long, powered by wind on a sail. The sail area generally ranges from 2.5 m2 to 12 m2 depending on the conditions, the skill of the sailor, the type of windsurfing being undertaken and the weight of windsurfer. Windsurfing is an active rest in harmony with nature.
Unlike traditional surfing where the rider sits until wave comes, stand up paddle board (SUP board) riders stand on their boards and paddle over the river, surfing in the sea or ocean. SUP board is perfect for outdoor recreation, fitness, or sightseeing, surfing on sea waves, Paddle board yoga and even fishing.
